Bridge the connection between compassion and care

Our Mission

We started Paws2gether after seeing so many children and adults struggle with anxiety, loneliness, stress, and depression — often with few healthy ways to cope. Schools and therapy offices are full of people who just need comfort, connection, and a moment of peace.

We created this service to fill that gap: offering emotional support animals to help individuals feel seen, calm, and cared for — reminding them they’re never alone on their journey.

Animal Companion FAQ

What are the benefits of a mental health animal companion?

They provide comfort, reduce stress, ease loneliness, and help people feel safer and more supported.

How does it help?

Animal companions give emotional support, encourage routine, and help calm anxiety or panic symptoms.

What are the positive outcomes that can result from this service?

Better mood, reduced anxiety or depression, improved social interaction, and a stronger sense of purpose.

What is mental health and why is it important to maintain and take care of it?

Mental health is your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and act. Good mental health helps you handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions.

Who can benefit from this service?

Anyone with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or emotional challenges—children, teens, adults, and seniors.

Why choose this service over traditional therapy or coping strategies?

Some people feel more comforted and relaxed with animals. It can be easier than talking to someone and works well alongside other treatments.

Seeing a therapist or counselor for treatment is always a good recommendation in addition to having an animal companion/emotional support.
